Our kitchen is progressing really well but there are still lots of work left to do. Its a good job we have an extra day with the Bank Holiday weekend!
Here are a few pictures of the various stages

Ceilings fitted with plasterboard
Walls ready for plastering

Walls and ceiling painted and downlights inserted. Some cupboards have been fitted

Hopefully we will have a sink, hob and worktops by Tuesday next week and it will start to look like a kitchen!

Back to crafting, despite continuing with all the building work  I still held my weekly card classes.  Here are our makes:

An easel card with matching self closing box using the ‘Something Lacy’ stamp inked with sahara sand as our background paper for both projects

There were two options on decorating the card, either a sentiment in the centre of the circle suitable for

anniversary or wedding OR replacing it with a flower which turned it into an all occasion card.

Three different options of decorating the self closing box using the papers in a variety of different combinations.

There are several tutorials on You Tube showing the instructions for the self closing box

The new Stampin’ Up! catalogue is going to go live on
June 2nd so there are only 10 days left to purchase items from the current catalogue. There are still some bargains available on the retirement list. Please visit my online shop if you would like to place an order.

Have a lovely Bank Holiday Weekend xx
