I had lots of lovely comments about the beautiful colour of the previous card done in Elegant eggplant I decided to use the same colours for the following weeks class card.

The card was made with quite a few layers again in elegant eggplant and whisper white using a dots embossing folder for the background and a die from creative expressions for the gorgeous oval lace effect in the centre
One of the images were used from the World of Dreams stamp set which we coloured in first with Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Wild Wasabi marker pens before stamping it on to the card

The daisy flowers are again from a range of dies from Creative Expressions and all the edges were inked with Wild Wasabi before layering up and placing to the bottom left of the card.

The begining of June brought us the new Annual Catalogue which was packed with lots of new fabulous products to work with. One of the advantages of being a demonstrator is being able to pre-order items before the catalogue is launched. The following card was made with one of those stamp sets I purchased called Build a Birthday using the New In-colours. This is a Photopolymer stamp set and it’s priced at just £14.95 which is amazing value!

We
stamped the cake plate twice in Tip Top Taupe, once on the white layer of the card then
again
on a separate piece which we handcut and added dimensionals, sticking
over the top of the original image. The cake layers were again stamped
separately and cut out and layered up with dimensionals and the flags on
the top were stamped directly onto the white card

The flowers are punched from the
little Bitty Flower Punch, I use it so often and it is part of a
set of three punches, the others being a Star and Heart at £15.50
I have made quite a few cards to show how versatile this stamp set can be and will be uploading them to my blog over the next few weeks.
