A few weeks ago I was inspired by a frame card I saw on Amanda Bates website The Craft Spa. I loved the idea of using the winter wonderland papers and thought I would have a go and turn her card into a vertical wall Christmas decoration/banner. I made one for myself and then was requested by my lovely ladies to make one in class.
For
some groups we completed it in one session and for others in 2 shorter
sessions over 2 weeks. As always, now we are in the festive mood, it
turned into more of a social event/party, with lots of cakes and
goodies!

The
banner consists of 4 sections using the winter wonderland DSP and very
cleverly cutting the letters from die cut hearth & home framelits
and a little stamping.
I supplied all the items (and more) required to make the banner in a party bag, to make it feel more festive. No it’s not a ‘little brown bag’ from Bloomingdales…!
