Hello everyone, its almost the weekend again, I can’t believe how quickly these days are passing.
As promised I am sharing a couple of the cards we made in last weekend’s stamp-a-stack class. The classes have proved very popular this year and everyone who attended all three sessions have made a total of 30 christmas cards!
The first card uses Owl Occasions stamp set from the Autumn/Winter Catalogue. This is a very versatile stamp set and can be used for all occasions not just for Christmas.
Colours used pool party, so saffron, soft suede, chocolate chip and lucky limeade.
We first embossed the front of the pool party card with polka dots embossing folder. We then cut out a shape from the apothecary accents framelits and stamped the images. We had great fun lining up the owl and stocking with the stamp-a-majig!!
For the second card we embossed some whisper white card with the holiday frame embossing folder and used the ornament keepsake stamp set and holiday ornaments framelit dies in cherry cobbler for the bauble.
We stamped and cut out three images and glued them together to make it 3D. We tied a bow in whisper white organza ribbon and added a few rhinestones.
Senitment is from Joyous Celebrations
I love that you have created a very traditional card and then another that is not traditional but very cute, I should have taken this class, I dont have a snowmans hope in 'you know where' of completing all my festive cards lol. Thankyou for another lovely class xxx
