For this months Crafting at Home monthly kit we are using the Blossoms in Bloom Bundle. It consists of a lovely stamp set which includes a very large stamp with 5 flowers, several separate smaller flowers and leaves which give a watercoloured look and a set of dies

Here are the two cards we made in week 1 using the Split card technique

The large flower image was stamped in Highland Heather in the centre of a piece of card measuring 19cm x 13.8 cm. Leaves and more smaller flowers were added in Granny Apple Green and Flirty Flamingo colours. Daffodil Delight was used for the flower centres

The card was then cut in half to create TWO card layers, more smaller flowers and leaves were added to fill some white space. These can then be matted and layered on to coordinating card and a white card base to made two separate cards. Add a sentiment and butterfly to finish. It is such a quick and easy make

As a bonus, we also made this cute little box from a piece of white cardstock measuring 6″x 6″ . We decorated the cardstock by stamping flowers and leaves all over the cardstock using Magenta Madness (one of the new in colours) Granny Apple green and Daffodil Delight

It was scored at 1, 2 3/4 “, 3 3/4″ and 5 1/2 ” on one side, turn 90 degrees and scored at  1, 4 and 4 1/2″.

The cardstock was cut to the shape above,  folded into the cute little box and decorated
