Hi there, Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas in our house now, we finally got round to putting up the Christmas Tree and decorating the outside of the house with lights over the weekend. The presents are almost bought, I have just got the wrapping to do now.
Here are the cards we made in the last card class of 2012

The first card was created to hold a gift card inside. This is a simple design made from two pieces of card 16 x 14.8 cms and scored lengthways
at 10.5cms.  The flaps on each piece are adhered together around three sides, leaving the centre open, to form the centre pounch.  I used a 1 3/8″ circle punch for the gift card to be inserted more easily.
Colours used cherry cobbler and crumb cake. The front of the card uses the scentsational season stamp set and holiday collection framelits for the christmas trees which were heat embossed with white embossing powder.
The snowflakes were stamped in whisper white using the snow swirled stamp set

The inside was decorated with another christmas tree and two framelits from
the labels collection, one stamped with a sentiment from petite pairs and the other one left blank

The snow was made from some white card which was torn and glittered
The second smaller card can either be used as a christmas card or a gift tag.

Colours used lucky limeade and cherry cobbler.  Stamp set is joyous celebrations and 2 strips of paper from the festival of prints designer series paper stack
