It is always good to come out of your comfort zone once in a while, and this is what I did recently for the following card. I have seen lots of larger cards on the internet recently and never made one to teach in a class before.
I used the retired painted petals stamps set to create a background paper using Wisteria Wonder and Pear Pizzazz colour combination onto whisper white card. It was layered up with Elegant Eggplant and an embossed piece of whisper white using the Lovely Lace embossing Folder.
A few circles in different sizes were punched out in the centre and layered up again, finishing with a stamped image in the middle
I received some flower and leaf dies from Creative Expressions for my birthday which I was eager to use and I think is an ideal placement on this card
A couple of sentiments and a Butterfly finishes off the card perfectly
Although we only made the one card in the class, it was so intricate it took the whole two hours to complete, but feedback from all the ladies was that they enjoyed the class and loved the card.
