Several of my customers have been ordering the Irresistibly Yours Designer Series Paper as their FREE Sale-a-bration item and were enquiring how to use and colour them. In the pack you get 12 sheets of beautiful 12 x 12 papers in 6 different designs.
I have tried four different ways of colouring them so far: Inked Sponge; rubbing alcohol and re-inker in a spritzer; brayer and ink and blendabilities pens.
They were all very easy to do and you get great effects from each.
These are the cards we have made in the classes a couple of weeks ago using the Irresistibly Yours papers and different techniques of colouring
Sheltering Tree stamp set with the irresistibly yours paper as a background using rubbing alcohol and Pistachio Pudding ink refil in a spritzer
Shaker Card using Big Day Sale-a-bration Free stamp set with the background paper coloured with soft sky inked sponge
The paper on the above card was coloured using a brayer and blushing bride ink
Of course you don’t have to colour the irresistibly yours papers, they can be used just as they are out of the pack
I designed another similar shaker card but used one of the other Sale-a-bration papers, Best Day Ever instead.
