A few weeks ago, we continued our theme of making Christmas cards, using the ‘hometown greeting edgelits’ dies. These have been out on my desk permanently recently, since I have found them to be a very universal set, easy to use and create stunning cards.
The ‘quilt top embossing folder’ creates a fabulous background for any project and looks particularly stunning on white card.
The hole in the centre of the card was created by die cutting a circle and then running it through the embossing folder.
The thin circle frame around the hole was created by using two different sized circles placed together on a separate piece of card and run through the die cutting machine. The village scene was placed behind the hole.
The flower and foliage were made from the festive flower punch and a variety of leaves in gold foil from the Pretty Pines Thinlit dies.
I received this gorgeous design myself today in the post from Beryl and guessed she had made it with you, its even prettier in real life xxx
Thank you, yes I think it was one of my favourite cards we made this year xx
