Here is one of the cards we made at our card class a couple of weeks ago using the Painted Petals Stamp Set.

The stamp set is called ‘painted petals’  because you get amazing watercolour effects when it is stamped

It uses a two step stamping technique to create the beautiful flowers and leaves. My colour combination is Blackberry Bliss, Rose Red and Gumball Green.

This fancy fold card looks difficult but is really an easy card to make and uses just four of the stamps from the set.

The sentiments from the Butterfly Basics stamp set were stamped in Rose Red and we used the help of the Stamp-a-majig to make sure they were stamped in a straight line.

We inked up the Sheltering Tree Stamp set again to create the following quick card.

The sheltering tree is a very versatile stamp set

and because it’s made from photopolymer, you can stamp the
elements anywhere on the card and easily see where you’re putting things.
It may be used for varying occasions, which is one of the reasons I left the card without a sentiment so It could be added at a later stage.
