I realise we are only in the 2nd week of September, but many of my crafting ladies are eager to start getting their christmas cards made. To ease them into the festive season gently, I decided to make one christmas card and one general birthday card last week.
The feedback on the design was very positive. The simple, but effect design, makes it quick to create and ideal for bulk production and gives a flying start to building their stack of christmas cards.
This card features the fabulous new Festival of Trees stamp set from the New Autumn-Winter catalogue. It is a
photopolymer stamp set at £13.95, which is a great price for 13 stamps. They also make a matching Christmas Tree punch and you can buy it as a bundle for £24.95. As it is photopolymer you can see exactly where to place the stamps and you can do some two-step stamping when decorating the trees. All you need is a clear acrylic block, a few inks and you are ready to go……

The second card was a gate fold card using the Beautiful Bunch stamp set and punch and the Squares framelits
Colours used So Saffron, Pistachio Pudding, and Crisp Cantaloupe
We even decorated the inside of the card too!
Just a little reminder I still have a few spaces on the card classes tomorrow at Running with Scissors from 10am – 12pm and at my home on Monday 10am-12pm and 7pm – 9pm.
