There are numerous posts on the internet showing these beautiful easel hat cards and I thought I would have a go at creating one to make in the card classes.
This card involves a lot of cutting of various elements which would take up too much time during a normal 2 hour lesson as well as putting it altogether and making the paper roses. I therefore found a cutting file for my Brother Scan ‘n cut and was able to cut out all these for the ladies beforehand. The black and cream dotted paper we used is from my stash

I gave the ladies a choice of pink, yellow, cream or purple pearlescent paper to create their flowers. These were made from various sizes of swirly flower dies and rolled up with a quilling tool and glued to form fabulous roses.
As you can see we all had fun in the classes this week creating these unique and fabulous WOW keepsake cards. They are perfect for Mother’s Day or special birthday.
