We have been focusing on Christmas cards in the classes over the last few weeks. I am sharing some of the cards we have been creating mainly using the Dashing Deer, In the woods and Beautiful Blizzard bundles from the new Autumn Winter catalogue. The cute cards at the end of the post have been CASED from The Craft Spa, using the Signs of Santa bundle. I love this set with the cheeky little elves

It is not clear from the photos but we added some sparkle to the trees with a wink of stella

One of the first purchases from the Autumn/Winter catalogue was the Beautiful Blizzard bundle with the snowflake framelits. It die cuts out all the snowflakes at once making a great background, plus you have all the snowflakes to use in another card.

The same blizzard framelits was used as an embossing folder on the above card, instead of die cutting it,we used the Big Shot embossing mat in the die cutting machine to emboss the background and then used sponge daubers with pool party, highland heather inks to highlight the embossed snowflakes. I think the Big Shot embssing mat is a must have in your craft stash, just think of all those dies that you have that can be turned into embossed images and backgrounds!

Cheeky little elves using the Stampin’ Blends to colour them in. The sentiment was very easy to create using the Stamparatus!
