The new Annual Catalogue has now been live for just over a week now and I hope many of you have had a chance to look at all the fantastic new products which are now available to purchase. Today I am sharing a couple of cards we made in the classes, some of the products used are from the old catalogue before the new one was launched last week
There are alot of elements to this card, first the White base card was stamped and heat embossed with black embossing powder using a couple of the flowers from the birthday blooms stamp set onto the edge. A mask was made from a post it note and placed over the stamped flowers. The whole area of the front of the card was then stamped with the Dictionary stamp in pool party ink. The mask was then removed, and as it leaves a white space, the flowers were then coloured in with stamp write markers in Blushing bride and Mint macaron. The flowers were fussy cut around the edge of the card
A vellum sleeve was added to the folded edge and a strip of the glitter ribbon was placed on top to hide the sticky strip underneath.An embellished tag was made and attached to the front. The flowers were treated to some wink of stella but you can’t see this very clearly in the photo.
The second card is this really easy and fun closure card using the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch
A couple of my ladies have bought this scalloped tag topper punch recently and I wanted to show them different ways of using it rather than just for a tag topper.
