double sided card keeper box
The project for our Saturday afternoon and Monday morning class was this double sided card keeper box with three cards. I first saw the idea on the internet to make the smaller box. I adapted the measurements to make the larger box so it could hold square cards as well. In theory, it was a great idea to make two different sized card boxes and three cards in a three hour session, but in practice we encountered a couple of problems especially on Saturday, not to mention scoring the wrong...
Bigz Lattice with Scallop circle and fancy flower punches
Good morning and welcome back to my blog. I have been very busy this week on the crafting front but unfortunately I am unable to share anything I have created just yet. However, I am able to share the cards we made in a couple of the classes last week I used a colour combination of sahara sand, pink pirouette and always artichoke The brayer was loaded up with crumb cake and rolled over the inside of the square lattice embossing folder. A piece of whisper white cardstock...
Secret garden using white re-inker technique
Hello, I am a little behind with my blogging this week and have just remembered I still have the class cards to show you from a couple of weeks ago Both cards used the same technique of painting with the whisper white re-inker as a base. For the first card the flowers were stamped onto a separate piece of crumb cake card and heat embossed with white embossing powder. They were coloured in with a wash of whisper white re-inker mixed with a little water and left to dry. The flowers were...
Chalkboard card with elegant butterfly and owl punches
Here is the other chalkboard card I demonstrated in the classes over the past few couple of weeks. I used Bring on the Cake and Delightful Dozen stamp sets stamped in whisper white craft pad onto Basic black, Cherry Cobbler and Crumb Cake card. They were decorated with the elegant butterfly and bitty butterfly punch in Cherry Cobbler and Itty Bitty punch for the small flowers I then decided to alter the design to make a card which would be more suitable for a man and...
Chalkboard easel cards
I have had several card classes over the past few weeks in which we have made chalkboard type cards. The chalkboard easel is a...

Untitled Post
Good morning, I hope you all had a lovely Easter break. Unfortunately, the sickness bug found me so all our plans were put on hold over the weekend but I am back on the mend now and feeling well again. I am sharing some cards I made recently for family and friends for their birthdays. I am now able to show them as the respective dates have now passed.
