I have seen many ideas and tutorials using the floating frame technique and thought I would use the selection of cogs from the Geared Up Garage to create the frame using the Press n seal film and stitched rectangle frames. The frame was attached to the tranquil Tide card layer with either 3d foam pads to give dimension or layered flat with glue.Using 3d foam pads was very intricate and time consuming!! This is a project we made in our craft classes a few weeks ago. It is something a little different to making a card - a mini album created from just one sheet of 12 x 12 DSP and some additional co-ordinating cardstock.
