I would like to share a few things with you today. It was my brother’s 50th Birthday last week and this is the card I made
for him. He supports Grimsby Town Football Club and thought the colours
in this card was appropriate being black and white.
It is a double
twisted easel card. I designed my own
backing paper by stamping a random pattern with circle circus stamp set
in black and grey. The large numbers were cut from a template using
designer series paper and decorated with ribbons, tiny tags and buttons. The sentiment was printed out on the computer
and cut out using the new framelits. All products used were from Stampin’ Up
In our Tuesday afternoon crafting club Tracey showed us how to make a mini album by folding square patterned papers into individual pages and then joining them together to form a book.
This is the mini album I created and gave it to my brother for his 50th birthday. I made an album with 5 pages.I added childhood photographs along with those of his family and embellished each page with ribbons, flowers and sentiments.
I'm sure your brother was impressed and pleased with all of his birthday gifts.
What a lovely family photo too.
All things to treasure. xx
