Doesn’t time fly,it was our
eldest daughter Louise’s 24th birthday the day we set off for a last minute holiday to Turkey. Louise was also a way on a course for her new job, so we decided to celebrate the day before.
The family all went out to a local Indian restaurant for a meal and
then went back to her house for a slice of birthday  cake, that as usual, Leanne made. it was my Mum and Dads first visit to an Indian restaurant, so they  played safe with a mushroom omelette, but even that was spicy!.

Another
fabulous creation made by Leanne, a marble sponge cake covered in all
kinds of chocolate sweets: rolos, smarties, aero bubbles and chocolate
fingers! It tasted as good as it looked.

This is the birthday card I made

I have used one of the
die’sire create-a-card embossing and cutting dies with whisper white and pink
pirouette cardstock and embellished it with Stampin Up! stamps and punches. I
used petite petals, bring on the cake stamps and itty bitty punches to complete this 8 x 8 card.
That’s all for today.
