There are lots of tutorials on the internet to make stepper cards, and they can be made in lots of different shapes and sizes by altering the measurements and fold placements,
For this card we used a combination of pool party and soft seafoam cardstock colours and stamped the flourishes in basic grey ink rather than black to give a softer tone.
The two Butterfly beauty framelits were die cut one in each colour and adhered together to show the contrasting colours.
