I used the adorable little Sale-a-bration stamp set from Stampin’ Up! called The Gang’s All Meer to make the following birthday card to share with you today.
The masking technique was used to create two rows of meerkats and then they were coloured in with the aqua painters using soft suede, crumb cake and sahara sand inks
Once the colouring was completed the ‘HAPPY’ large letter framelits were placed on top of the image and die cut out and placed back in their relevant holes with 3D foam pads
