Poppy Moments anniversary card & well dressed mens card

Welcome to my blog today. I am sharing a couple of simple makes:

Here is an anniversary card using the heart doilies as an embellishment and poppy moments stamps. The poppies and leaves were very simply coloured in with the block stamp in the set using poppy parade and pear pizzazz inks. I have added a bit of interest by ribbling a strip of card

I created my own patterned paper by randomly stamping several stamps from the Well Dressed stamp set which was available during sale-a-bration on a large sheet of A4 card and cut it into strips. This is a great technique if you haven’t a matching piece of patterned paper in the colours you require. Why not try it with other stamps you have?
